Class placement may be based on age, previous dance experience, skill level, and an instructor assessment. JamDance Studios reserves the right to recommend the class level best suited to each student.
By signing below, I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the student named above and give my consent for them to participate in classes and activities at JamDance Studios, subject to the studio’s terms, policies, and guidelines.
